PRICING
AgentAnywhere is a conversation, not a checkout.
Pricing is structured around the variables that actually move it: scale, sovereignty requirements, support tier, and the regulatory frameworks your deployment maps to. We do not publish a price table because the price table for a public-sector banking deployment is not the price table for a healthcare BPO. Both are appropriate; both are different.
Why we don't publish a price table.
AgentAnywhere is sold as a deployment, not as a per-seat SaaS subscription. The deployment topology, the sovereign-environment requirements, the integration surface, the support posture, and the regulatory mappings vary by customer in ways that a public price table would either mislead about or hide entirely.
Our pilot pricing for a six-to-ten-week engagement against one workload looks one way. Our production pricing for a multi-region deployment with twenty-four-by-seven support and a dedicated Solutions Architecture pod looks another. Conflating the two would not help you evaluate either.
What we do publish is the variables. Below is what actually drives the number you would see on a quote.
What pricing depends on.
Scale
Number of agents in production, volume of model invocations, number of operators authoring flows. The platform scales linearly; pricing follows.
Sovereignty
Customer-cloud (BYO VPC) deployments, private-cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped each carry different operational support, different deployment-day commitments, and different ongoing engagement.
Support tier
Business-hours support, twenty-four-by-seven on-call, dedicated Solutions Architecture, named customer success — the support contract is sized to the operational risk you are underwriting.
Regulatory frameworks
RBI FREE-AI mapping, HIPAA documentation, GDPR data-subject responses, ISO 27001 evidence packages — the artifacts your deployment generates are part of the engagement, not a separate add-on.
What it isn't.
There is no free tier.
If you are a developer or a side-project builder, the open-source AgentAnywhere Core is the on-ramp. Apache 2.0, self-hosted, no license fee. The commercial product is not what you want — it is what your eventual employer will want when the prototype graduates.
There is no free tier of commercial AgentAnywhere because the commercial value is the governance, the audit, the support, and the sovereign deployment. Those have a marginal cost we cannot absorb on a free tier without compromising the customers who pay for them.
There is no per-seat pricing.
AgentAnywhere is operator infrastructure, not a SaaS app with a user roster. Pricing is structured around the deployment, not around how many people log in.
Operators authoring flows in Studio, engineers authoring agents in Lab, and reviewers approving promotions in Registry are all part of the operating model — not separately billable seats. We do not ask you to manage a license-true-up at renewal.
How conversations start.
Every commercial engagement starts with a conversation, typically one of three kinds: an architecture review for an institution evaluating sovereign deployment; a pilot scoping conversation for a team that has a specific workload in mind; or a renewal-class conversation for an existing customer scaling up.
All three start at the CTA below. We will route you to the right combination of Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Compliance — based on the topic and the framework you operate under.
Talk to our team.
We will respond within one business day with a calendar link from the right team. Pilot conversations typically scope in a single call; architecture and compliance conversations may take two or three.
