CUSTOMERS
Production deployments. Including our own.
AgentAnywhere is the agentic AI platform we built to run our own company on first. Our marketing, sales, engineering, infrastructure, and legal teams are customers. The case studies below start with that — and grow as our enterprise customers grant permission to publish theirs.
We are customer one.
Every functional agent in the AgentAnywhere catalog runs in production at ShepHertz before it is offered to a customer. Our marketing team's pipeline runs on the Marketing Agent. Our sales team responds to enterprise RFPs with the RFP Agent. Our legal team reviews inbound contracts with the Legal Agent. Our cloud spend is managed by the Cloud Optimizer. Our engineering workflow is supported by the SDLC Agent.
When the platform has a behavior we don't trust in our own context, we don't ship it — we fix it. When you adopt an agent from this catalog, you adopt an artifact that has already cleared one institution's internal review. That is not the same as a regulatory clearance. It is the floor.
How ShepHertz runs on AgentAnywhere.
A condensed view of which internal teams operate which agents in production at ShepHertz today. Each is documented in its own internal case study; the public version of each grows as we have permission to share specifics.
Operations agents in production
- Marketing Agent drives the AgentAnywhere pipeline against our CRM and inbound triage.
- RFP Agent drafts our enterprise responses, including for the SI partner's public-sector banking engagement.
- Legal Agent reviews inbound vendor MSAs and customer contracts against our clause library.
- Cloud Optimizer manages our Azure footprint, with reclamation tickets routed through our ITSM workflow.
- SDLC Agent participates in code review, ticket triage, and release notes across our engineering teams.
What it gives us
Operational artifacts our team would otherwise build in spreadsheets and Confluence pages — RFP corpora, clause libraries, policy bindings, audit trails — all live as registered artifacts in our own AgentAnywhere deployment.
When we walk a banking CISO through our governance posture, the artifacts we show them are not slides. They are the same artifacts our team operates against every day, exported from the same Registry that ships in their pilot.
The dogfood story is not a marketing prop. It is the operating model we ship.
Customer case studies.
Each slot below is reserved for a named customer engagement. We publish a case study only when written permission is on file. Until then, the slot remains a placeholder so the page communicates honestly about where we are.
[PLACEHOLDER — pending customer permission]
Public-sector bank engagement currently active through our SI partner. Sovereign deployment, RBI FREE-AI mapping. Case study to publish on financial-close.
[PLACEHOLDER — pending customer permission]
Healthcare system deployment, Specialist avatar use case. Compliance posture co-designed with the customer's clinical informatics team.
[PLACEHOLDER — pending customer permission]

[PLACEHOLDER — pending customer permission]
BPO operator running the Marketing Agent and RFP Agent against client engagements. Multi-tenant deployment under their governance.
Reference call discipline.
Reference calls are arranged after a pilot reaches the executive-readout phase, not before. Reference customers are named with their permission, on a call your team and theirs scope together, with the topics they are willing to discuss agreed in advance.
We do not run anonymous "reference customers" through marketing-led panels. If a customer is on a call with a prospect, the customer has read the agenda and consented to the questions.
Talk to us about your deployment.
If you are evaluating AgentAnywhere for a regulated environment and want to discuss how a similar institution has deployed the platform — or want to walk through our internal dogfood deployment — start a conversation. Our team will route to the right combination of solutions architecture, sales, and customer references.
