AVATARS
The interaction layer.
Avatars are how AgentAnywhere shows up in front of a customer, an employee, a candidate, or a clinician. Face, voice, and presence — designed for institutional contexts where every interaction is recorded, reviewable, and operating under a published governance posture.
A category, not a feature.
Avatars in most agentic AI products are a face you bolt onto a chatbot. The face is uncoupled from the agent's reasoning, the agent's tool access, and the institution's policy. The result reads as a chatbot wearing a costume.
We treat Avatars as an interaction layer with four bound components. A persona — the visible identity, with a defined scope and a set of things it will and will not do. A voice — synthesized or licensed, with explicit consent and provenance. A knowledge surface — the corpus and tools the avatar can reach into, scoped through Registry. A policy binding — guardrails, jurisdictional restrictions, and human-handoff rules from Governance.
An Avatar in AgentAnywhere is the composition of those four. Removing any of them is a configuration error, not a deployment shortcut.
Four roles. One interaction layer.
Concierge
Customer experience at the front of the funnel. Branch banking lobbies, insurance claim intake, public-service kiosks, hospital reception. The Concierge is bounded — it does intake, scheduling, status, and routing — and hands off to a human or a back-office agent at every threshold the institution defines.
Trainer
Workforce upskilling at scale. Trainers run scenario-based learning, knowledge checks, and remediation against curricula your learning team owns. Every session is logged into Registry; every correction is auditable; every assessment is anchored to a named human reviewer.
Specialist
Domain-expert interactions where depth matters more than breadth. Underwriting consultations, clinical triage explanations, regulatory guidance for internal teams. Specialists run inside narrow corpora with explicit citations on every output and mandatory escalation paths for cases outside their scope.
Interviewer
Structured candidate interviews under audit. The Interviewer runs a defined script, scores against a published rubric, and produces a record reviewable by every party. Reference deployment: TalentAnywhere uses the AgentAnywhere Interviewer for live structured interviews under client governance.
Recording, consent, retention.
Every Avatar interaction is bound to a recording posture defined by your compliance team — not by us. Recording can be on by default, on by consent, or off entirely; the posture is a deployment configuration, not a user-facing toggle.
Consent prompts are templated by the institution and surfaced in the language of the interaction — Hindi, Bahasa, Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin, English — with the consent record stored as part of the session's audit trail. Consent revocation is a first-class action that re-enters the audit trail with the same weight as the original grant.
Retention windows are configured per use case, per jurisdiction. The Avatars runtime does not have a default retention policy that overrides yours. When the window closes, the recording is destroyed; the audit trail of its existence and destruction remains.
Voice and likeness, in the open.
The voice an Avatar uses is either synthesized from a vetted base model with documented provenance, or licensed from a named individual with a written agreement we can show your legal team. There is no third option. We do not clone unconsented voices. We do not generate likenesses of real people without explicit, documented permission.
For institutions deploying multilingual Avatars, the same posture applies across every language. Every voice in production has a paper trail; every paper trail is part of the asset record in Model Hub.
Request a demo on a real scenario.
Avatars are best evaluated against a scenario you actually run — a branch lobby, an onboarding flow, a structured interview. Walk us through the scenario; we will configure a Concierge, Trainer, Specialist, or Interviewer for it and demonstrate end-to-end with your governance posture in place.
