It qualifies inbound leads against criteria your team owns, drafts campaign assets against approved language, staffs the content engine with structured drafts for human edit, and triages inbound enquiries against your routing rules.
It does not replace your marketers. It does not write the strategy. It does not author public-facing copy without a named human reviewer. It does not choose which campaigns to run.
What it removes is the work that the marketing operations team is currently doing by hand at 11pm on Sunday — the routine, the structured, the reviewable.
